Meet Your Therapist:
Josh Vance received his BA in Pre-Physical Therapy at Fresno Pacific University in 1997. He continued on to complete a rigorous program to earn his MA in Physical Therapy at CSU Fresno in 2000. While at CSU Fresno, Josh performed in depth research in the effectiveness of physical therapy for lymphedema treatment. He gained a high level of insight into the swelling that can result when lymph glands are damaged or lost. This research is particularly helpful to those who experience swelling of the arms or legs that is frequently a result of cancer treatment.
In 2003, Josh completed a nine-month long term manual therapy course. This rigorous continuing education course was specially designed to enhance manual therapy skills. Josh developed advanced hands-on techniques that have proven to be a tremendous asset to his patients throughout his career. He has advanced training in treating the shoulder, knee and spine as well as temporal mandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ).
As a certified clinical instructor, he has instructed several students in their journey toward entering the field of physical therapy.

“He is patient, kind and works well with his patients. My mom went to see him twice after her surgeries. She had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I have also worked with him.”
